How to prepare:

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your session to help prepare your body for the energy work.

Wear comfortable clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe deeply.

Set an intention: Before your session, take some time to think about what you would like to receive from your Reiki session. This could be healing for a specific issue, stress relief, or simply a sense of peace and relaxation.

Arrive on time: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you have the full allotted time for your session.

Discuss your needs with me: I may ask you some questions about your physical, mental, and emotional health to help tailor the session to your needs. Be open and honest about any issues you would like to address.

Relax: During the session, lie down comfortably and allow yourself to relax. You may want to close your eyes, focus on your breath, or visualize healing energy flowing through your body.
During the session, I will use hands-on or hands-off techniques to help balance your energy and promote healing. The session will last according to your chosen duration.
After the session, take some time to rest and integrate the energy work. You may want to journal or meditate to help process any insights or emotions that arose during the session.
Remember that a Usui Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing. It's important to approach the session with an open mind and trust that the energy will work for your highest good.
